George Soros, and The Open Society's, Lord Malloch-Brown's dual roles pose a real threat to global elections as chairman of Smartmatic (with licensing links to Dominion) and a key figure in Soros's Open Society Foundations.

Malloch-Brown served on the global board, then as president of the Open Society Foundations from 2021 to 2024, while acting chairman of SGO Corporation Limited, Smartmatic's parent company, from 2014 to 2020.

Malloch-Brown became chairman, joining SGO’s board by Sir Nigel Knowles, Global CEO of DLA Piper, renowned entrepreneur David Giampaolo, and Roger Piñate, Smartmatic’s COO.

Open Society is tied to Smartmatic, with technology licensed from Dominion, which is connected to Sequoia, which was bought by Smartmatic in 2005, and all connects to Venezuela, Hugo Chavez, Maduro, the Chinese CCP, and remote servers in Serbia, which all have access through election keys.

These connections enable sophisticated vote manipulation through incorporated software vulnerabilities, fractionalized ballots, and backdoor access.
